Washing your Aventera shoes: tips and recommendations

Have your shoes gotten dirty or could your shoes use a freshening up? Below is a brief explanation of how to wash your shoes best. It is recommended to wash the shoes by hand, to prevent damage.

Hand wash (recommended):

1. Remove the laces and any insoles : This makes cleaning easier and more thorough. The laces can be washed by hand or in the washing machine in a laundry bag.
2. Make a soapy solution : Use lukewarm water and a mild soap or detergent.
3. Scrub gently : Use a soft brush or cloth to remove dirt and stains.
4. Rinse thoroughly : Make sure all soap residue is removed.
5. Let dry : Let the shoes air dry, preferably in a well-ventilated place, but not in direct sunlight.

Washing machine (only for very dirty):
