Refund Policy
At Aventera we strive for the highest customer satisfaction and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us, we are happy to offer you the opportunity to request a refund. Repayment term
You can return your order up to 30 days after receipt. Once the return is approved, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to the original payment method you used for the purchase within 5 working days.
Refund conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all enclosed accessories and manuals.
- The return shipment must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA) obtained through our Customer Service Department.
