Exchanges and returns
On this page you will find all information about the returns and refund policy of our products.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: the shoes may not be returned dirty. It is recommended to try them on indoors.

How can I return my order?
This is how the process works for all products:
- Send us an email to info@aventera.co and indicate whether you want to exchange or return and let us know that you want to return the order or parts of it to us.
- Please ask our customer service if we can accept the return. You can also request a return address (note: this is not the address on our website).
- If we can accept the return (within the accepted period), please follow the instructions below. Pack the product to be returned safely and securely in the original packaging.
- Send the package to the return address you received from our customer service.
- Send the Track & Trace code to our customer service.
- Once your package is received and inspected within 3 days of receipt, we will refund the returned products via the payment method you used for the products.
Never send a return to the sender! We will provide you with the correct address after you have asked us for it. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
The options for exchanging and returning
You may be eligible for an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must meet our return policy:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all enclosed accessories and manuals.
Cancellation of placed orders
You have the right to cancel an order you have placed, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible via info@aventera.co to request a cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, you can follow the return procedure once you have received the product.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item so we can assess and resolve the problem.
Manufacturing errors or defects after use (incl. warranty period)
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if defects occur after use, our warranty period may apply. To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at info@aventera.co . We will evaluate the claim and provide you with further instructions for repair, replacement or refund, depending on the specific case.
Delivery of wrong products
If you have accidentally received the wrong product, please contact our customer service at info@aventera.co . We will ensure that the correct product is sent to you as soon as possible and will cover any return costs for the incorrect product.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products, the hygiene and safety of which cannot be guaranteed after opening ). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Swap
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received your return in good order, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return arrived with us and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@aventera.co .
