Refund Policy
At Aventera we strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction and want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to request a refund. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a refund.
Refund period
You are entitled to a refund within 30 days after the delivery of the product, as stated on the track & trace code of your order. After the expiration of this period, we unfortunately cannot process refunds.
Conditions for refund
In order to be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all attached accessories and manuals.
- The return must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) obtained through our customer service department.
- The product must be returned within the specified refund period.
Exceptions

To request a refund, contact our customer service team at www.aventera.co. Be sure to include the order number and a detailed reason for the refund. Our customer service team will review your request as soon as possible and provide you with further instructions.
Refund
If your refund is approved, the refund will be credited within 5 business days to the original payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that processing time for refunds may vary and depends on your financial institution. Aif more than 15 business days have passed since your return has arrived with us and you have not yet received a refund, please contact us at info@aventera.co.
