Exchanges and returns

On this page you will find all the information about returns and refund policy of our products.


We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the shoes should not be returned dirty. Recommended to try them on inside.

The sender is responsible for the return label.

How can I return my order?

This is how the process works for all products:

  1. Send us an email to support@aventera.co and indicate whether you wish to exchange or return, and let us know that you wish to return the order or parts of it to us.
  2. Ask our customer service if we can accept the return. You can also request a return address (note: this is not the address on our website).
  3. If we can accept the return (within the accepted timeframe), follow the instructions below. Pack the returned product safely and securely in the original packaging.
  4. Send the package to the return address you have received from our customer service.
  5. Send the Track & Trace code to our customer service.
  6. Once your package is received and inspected within 3 days of receipt, we will refund the returned products using the payment method you paid for the products.

Exchange and return options

You may be eligible for an exchange or return within 90 days of receiving your order. To qualify, products must meet our return policy:

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all attached accessories and manuals.

Cancellation of orders placed

You have the right to cancel a placed order while it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@aventera.co to request a cancellation. If the order has already shipped, you can follow the return procedure once you receive the product.

 

Damages and problems
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

 

Product faults or defects after use (including warranty period)

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or defects occur after use, our warranty period may apply. Please contact our customer service team at support@aventera.co to make a warranty claim. We will review the claim and provide you with further instructions for repair, replacement or refund, depending on the specific case.

 

Delivery of wrong products

If you accidentally received the wrong product, please contact our customer service team at support@aventera.co. We will ensure that the correct product is shipped to you as soon as possible and will cover any return costs for the wrong product.

 

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Specified types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products, the hygiene and safety of which cannot be guaranteed after opening.). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments about your specific item.

Exchange
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Once we have received your return in good order, your money will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return arrived to us and you have not yet received a refund, please contact us at support@aventera.co.
